WHIRL Tube Fiber Laser Cutting Machine

Whirl Series are designed and manufactured for tube cutting, mainly used for processing of circular tube, square tube, oval tube and other kinds of special shaped products. It supplys good solution for tube cutting with its good performance.

Whirl Model Features:
- Can cut cylindrical holes in different direction and with different diameters on main tube; Meet the branch pipe axis intersect with the vertical head axis eccentricity and eccentric.
- Can cut the curve cutting cylindrical end in the pipe end; meet the branch pipe axis intersect with the vertical head axis eccentricity and eccentric, as well as the tilt intersection.

Gantry-type CNC tube Laser Cutter:

2. Gantry-type Flying Optical Path Structure. The machine bed adopts the gantry-type structure, is
annealed to relieve internal stress, roughly machined to disable the vibration, which is significant to improve the rigidity and stability of the CNC laser cutter which can maintain long-term, good
stability and shock resistance and ensure the precision of the CNC laser cutter.

Function:

1. Self-adaptive feed forward regulation
The self-adaptive feed forward regulation system allows the CNC system to make self-adaptive regulation during motion control on real time basis. The CNC laser cutter position control closed loop can reach the optimal gain and the best rigidity. This technology makes the CNC laser cutter has the minimum servo lag error and the highest position servo accuracy
2. Sheet material surface height tracking control (follow-up function)
The Z axle allows sheet material surface height tracking control to adapt to different evenness of sheet
materials. The function is integrated in the CNC system, and provides quicker response, better sensitivity
and higher servo precision compared to conventional CNC system.

3. Laser power ramp control
During acceleration and deceleration of the CNC laser cutter, CNC system can adjust the laser
power ramp according to the real time speed of the CNC laser cutter to ensure consistent quality of
processing section. The function is also integrated in the CNC system, and provides quicker response
and better instantaneity compared to conventional CNC system.
